What it does

Recipes and BOM

Build recipes with ingredients, quantities, unit conversion and yield. Every sale and every batch cuts stock from the same recipe, and you see the cost of goods per item.

Central kitchen production

Produce now, or plan a batch that checks ingredients first and closes with the actual quantity. Print the production plan with any shortage.

Many warehouses

Raw materials and finished goods across warehouses and regions, with a full movement ledger and average cost.

Transfers and delivery notes

Warehouse to outlet, warehouse to warehouse and outlet to outlet with manager approval. Partial shipping, returns and a delivery note and invoice for each.

Suppliers and purchase orders

Supplier list, POs with partial receipt and installments. Receiving a PO raises stock automatically.

Reports that close the loop

Spoilage with photos, stock counts, monthly repurchasing and production reports, inventory value, and journals posted to Otter accounting.

Questions

Do I need a central kitchen to use it?

No. Single outlets use recipes, stock counts, spoilage and supplier POs. Central kitchen and transfers are there when you grow.

Does it connect to my outlets' sales?

Yes. Outlet sales deduct ingredients through the same recipes, so the warehouse and the outlets read the same stock.

Can I import my items from Excel?

Yes. Import and export your catalog and recipes with Excel.
